GlowTheory Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — GlowTheory is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake after placing your order, contact us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
GlowTheory isn't liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once they've left our facility, but we're happy to help you file a claim if this happens.
